Hi there! Thanks for your interest in TopOnlineTeachers. We are an online education company dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized learning experiences to students.
Our students are from China and our peak hours tend to be 6pm-9pm China time during the week. Hours are more flexible on weekends. Teachers are expected to be stable and be able to stick to their class schedules.
The hourly rate is based on the level of classes teachers teach.
We use Voov for class delivery and Skype or WeChat for daily communication.
Course materials and lesson plans are provided.
Every teacher will be assigned to a consultant to help them communicate with parents and students. Teachers use Skype or WeChat to communicate with their consultants.
A feedback form is required to be finished within 24 hours after the class. Teachers can do trial classes to expand their student base.
After teachers successfully pass the demo lesson, they will be invited to an orientation where we will provide training to help teachers understand our school policy and how to properly use the school management system website. There will be some paperwork after the orientation, including signing the contract. The contract period is one year. Salary raises will be based on teachers’ performance during the last contract period.
